Ground Zero: First Time Navigating A First Job with Ben Egginton

Today's article is on the latest episode of Ground Zero with Ben Egginton where we look into his first time starting a new job. First, let's hear from our Guest Ben.

Meet Our Guest -

In this podcast episode, I discuss my first job working in London.

I go into detail about how I got the job and some of the trials and tribulations that corporate life as an 18-year-old brings!

I initially got the job whilst working in the cafe at a local holiday park called Green Hill Farm. At the time I was studying Business, Sales and Marketing at Bournemouth and Poole College. While I was studying at BPC I found a real passion for Sales and Marketing and wanted to progress into this field.

Through reaching out to the founder of the company I was then able to progress into a full-time marketing role after college. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved with lots of campaigns, as well as internal projects such as annual planning and financial forecasting.

More recently this role progressed into a sales role based in Cornwall. I was lucky enough to be able to work with some fantastic people who are passionate about the holiday industry.
